Radonix Torch Height Controller (THC)
The Radonix Torch Height Controller (THC) is designed for precision plasma cutting applications. It communicates with Radonix control cards via the RS-485 industrial network and provides automatic torch height adjustment based on real-time voltage feedback from your plasma cutting unit.

How It Works
The THC continuously monitors the arc voltage from your plasma cutter and automatically adjusts the Z-axis position to maintain optimal cutting height. This ensures consistent cut quality, prevents torch collision, and extends consumable life.
The voltage feedback can be connected in two ways:
- Direct Connection: 0–200V output directly from the plasma power supply
- Isolated Connection: 0–10V signal from the plasma unit's internal isolator card
